The control system by Jartek features an easy graphical user interface. The
drying phases from preheating to equilibrium can be freely edited to
varying drying batches.
 An accurate monitoring of the entire process is an essential
factor of successful drying. The drying schedule can be changed also during
the process and all changes are automatically stored into the history
files.
The control system by Jartek features a remote control as standard.
Additionally, selected alarms can be transferred as text messages to a
mobile phone via GSM-unit connected to the logic.
 The drying events are stored in a comprehensible format.
In addition to the drying conditions, also the operation data of various
operating units are stored into the illustrative graphic. The time span of
the monitoring can be changed and the graphic values are displayed in a
numerical form as well.
The state of the dryers can be displayed on conventional numerical pages
but also graphically, allowing the deviations between the preset and real
values to be seen at a glance.
The fully automatic drying process of each drying kiln is managed on one
page. The drying process is easy to interrupt or stop and the drying can be
continued very easily. Also other changes of the drying form are possible
during the ongoing process.
Additionally the operations are capable of manual control by means of PC.
