 Crosscut is one of the most crucial operations in grading of
sawn goods. The buyers of sawn goods make ever increasing demands also to
the length of pieces; and consequently the free cross-cutting devices have
become common. The accurate cross cutting combined with high performance
requires extreme features of the equipment. Trimmer is used in the module
cutting of the pieces. The trimmer combined with the servo stop system is a
profitable and efficient free length crosscut equipment.
Using modular stops and a fixed saw is the most efficient way to modulate
pieces. As a further advantage of the modular stops, the pieces can be
viewed all the time during the process.
Our servo stops allow stepless cutting of the pieces. We provide a wide
range of solutions to suit various applications and every customer’s
requirements.
The module stops require separate butt cutting devices to be used. Butt
cutting is executed by means of special chains similar to module stops.
With the rakes combined with a fixed saw an efficient cross-cutting is
achieved in steps of 150 or 300, and alternatively stepless with a servo
stop.
Our fixed saws are safe and powerful. Particular attention has been paid
to developing a high performance dust extraction.
