New chamber for Thermowood production in Belgium
LDC Wood is the first and at the moment the only company in Belgium operating Thermowood plant and producing thermally modified wood products with Thermowood method. Thermowood technology is the leading and most known wood thermal modification technology throughout the world. Jartek delivered LDC Wood’s first two 40m3 Thermowood chambers and thermal oil boiler plant in year 2017. Demand for thermally modified wood products has continued to increase and LDC Wood together with Jartek signed by end of summer 2018 agreement for third chamber delivery. This third chamber is now up and running since February 2019.
