| Jartek received another major sawmill order from Russia |

Timber sorting and packing technology specialist Jartek has received
another major order from Russia. The new sawmill located in the Pacific
coast at Vanino will be equipped with Jartek's green and dry sorting mills.
The contract is worth over 10 million euros.
Jartek received another major order from Russia last year when Trans
Siberian Forest Company (Ust-Kut, Russia) ordered a new 20 million euro
sawmill. This new order is a result of the booming sawmill industry in
Russia. Jartek delivers new green sorting, sticking and stacking, dry
sorting and packaging mills during the following year. The start-up of the
new mill is scheduled at the end of the year 2008. The capacity of the new
mill is planned to reach a level of 350.000 cubic meters per annum.
Jartek’s production capacity is currently at full speed because of the
ongoing projects. The Siberian order from last year and the new sorting
mills to Stora Enso Nebolchi sawmill at Russia are in production and being
delivered.
