| Appointment: Mika Parviainen Jartek’s new CEO |

 Mika Parviainen, (M.Sc.Tech.) has been appointed
CEO for Jartek Oy since 1.9.2011. He has been working earlier in a leading
position in sales and marketing as well as projects at Lite-On Mobile Oyj
(former Perlos Oyj). Before that, Mika worked at Nokian Renkaat Oyj (Nokia
Tyres) at managerial level in sales, marketing and production.
M.Sc.(Tech.) Heikki Sonninen (61), who worked as the CEO of Jartek
this far, will continue working at Jartek in business development before
retiring.
