|
 The Group History starts from the year 1957 when the
company was established by under the name Sateko Oy. After few acquisitions
and a change of generation the business continued among drying kilns under
the name Tekma Kuivaamot Oy and after 2001 as Tekmawood Oy.
In 2002 Tekmawood bought majority of shares of Jarme Oy, a company
specialized in sawmill mechanizations. Simultaneously as a Mother Company
of the emerged corporate group, Jartek Oy was established.
